Doctor online — donate

February 2022 changed the lives of every Ukrainian. People needed medical care. The founders of the Ukrainian mobile application Doctor Online invested time and energy in developing a robust telemedicine platform available for use in 157+ countries, and saw an opportunity to use this tool to connect Ukrainian people in need with doctors and medical services that could help them. Doctor Online’s activities continue to this day, and with our support, the service has provided over 108,000 free consultations since the full-scale invasion!

As Doctor Online CEO Mykola Kysel notes: «Our philosophy is that we strive to create a unique platform — an ecosystem where every user gets everything they need to improve their quality of life. The medical field is one of the most complex industries. Technology and innovation allow us to fundamentally transform the industry, enabling millions of people to immediately feel the improvement and quality of life, right here and now!»

The service specializes in providing comprehensive assistance through telemedicine: online meetings, telephone consultations, etc. During this challenging year, more than 50,000 women, 40,000 men and 10,000 children received help. Approximately 60% of all visits are requests from our patients to family doctors, psychologists and gynecologists. The main symptoms include anxiety, chest pain, fever, burns or frostbite, and bleeding.

Doctor Online — Assistant supports Ukrainians who are currently abroad and most requests have come from the following countries: Ukraine, Poland, Germany, Great Britain and France.

During our existence, we have been using our resources to the maximum to provide free assistance to internally displaced persons, refugees who were forced to move abroad or live in the occupied territories and every Ukrainian who needs help. A lot of work has already been done and goals have been achieved, but our team is working every day to improve the project and provide continuous assistance to Ukrainians!
